I did mention it, but maybe it went under among all the under information: ‘“None”, “A bit” (roughly a glass of wine or beer), “Quite a bit” (on the order of three to five beers), or “A lot” (anything beyond)’.
Initially I was planning to do the alcohol tracking as detailed as the caffeine, but I realized it just wasn’t feasible, so I chose this simpler heuristic which I’d actually stick to tracking. I think that’s really important. Getting “perfect” data is great, but it’s useless if the tracking procedure is too difficult to become a daily habit.
