I think it probably depends quite a bit on each person, but I've heard Dr. Lagos mention on several occasions that that's the amount where she consistently sees results with pretty much all her clients. So she recommends that for ten weeks, and then afterwards you can reduce it.

But I think evenif you practice less, like 10 minutes once a day, it'll still have a positive effect, it might just not be quite as obvious or take longer.
