Thanks Arthur! I think resonance breathing and Wim Hof method can actually really complement each other quite well. I guess in a nutshell, resonance breathing aims to strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system, while Wim Hof triggers such acute conscious sympathetic nervous system responses that the sympathetic nervous system quiets down during “normal” times. So through two quite different mechanisms they address the same imbalance issue in a way. At least that’s my take on it.
