Very true. I’ve figured my mornings out very well, the first hour is just spent reading and taking hand-written notes, and then until noon I use Freedom on my computer and Downtime on my iPhone to minimize any distraction. But once those two tools switch off at noon, I catch up on all the “lost” social media time, email, and Slack messages of the morning, quickly ruining the amazing state I got myself into in the morning. Definitely something to work on.
