Yeah, sleep is super important. I know if I get less than eight hours of sleep, the next day is not going to be great. Less than seven hours, and it's going to be a wasted day. The most important thing with sleep is probably figuring out your own chronotype (are you a night owl or morning person) and adjusting your sleeping window to that, and then trying to stay as consitent as possible. But I guess that's easier said then done, esepcially with small children...
